Return Policy

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returns requested after the 14 day mark will not be honored. All sales are final sales - items can be exchanged or returned for store credit.

  • AvA Outlet Customer Service office is open Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM EST.

  • Merchandise being returned must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed.

  • We do not price adjust at this time.

  • Upon receipt of returned merchandise, AvA Outlet reserves the right to deny a store credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

  • Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • Please note, returns cannot be made through the Ala von Auersperg website.

International Return Policy

At this time, all international purchases placed through International Checkout are final sale and non-refundable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow 5 days from the day we receive your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged / Defective Product

In the case of items damaged during shipping, please immediately email us at customercare@avaoutlet.com. Please include “Damaged Product” in the subject of the email. We will work with you to replace your item as quickly as possible.
